Startups developing strategic technologies in fields such as artificial intelligence and robotics, autonomous systems (aerial, ground, and naval), cybersecurity, critical infrastructure, energy, data centers, transportation and logistics, civil protection, industrial automation, advanced manufacturing, as well as space and aeronautical technologies.
Functional Prototype
Minimum TRL 3 — a working prototype demonstrating technical feasibility.
Clear Problem–Solution Link
A clear link between the problem addressed and the technical solution developed.
Valid Technical Solution
A functional team with at least one member or partner with direct experience in the relevant field.
Market Analysis
Identifying potential users and scaling partners (private and/or public) targeted for national and international commercialisation.
A credible revenue generation plan demonstrating commercial viability.

At least two founders with solid understanding of the defence sector and relevant technical or commercial experience.
